Are additional parcels being created? Are owners certificates from all parties of interest included? Has the CSM been approved by all approving authorities like a plat? Is it monumented the same as a plat with bigger monuments at corners? Is each sheet signed, sealed and dated? Is the information on the map placed to allow for ease of reading the information? /strict compliance with requirements of this section may be waived by the Plat Review for CSM's.
