The tower will be built in a wooded ten acre piece of land in a remote area <br /> of section 15 at the end of Sondral Rd. <br /> (1) Minimal trees have been removed to build a driveway and to clear a small area for the base. <br /> The rest of the 10 acres are mature oaks, pines, and aspens. The mature trees are being left <br /> in place while the trees damaged during the July 1"2011 windstorm are being removed. <br /> (2) The tower is being constructed to be rated strong enough to hold at least 3 additional <br /> antenna devices so that other interested parties can co-locate equipment on this tower and <br /> have space in the remote cabinet. <br /> (3) This tower will provide internet access speeds to home owners/tax payers on Devils,Yellow, <br /> Johnson, Ham, Crooked,and the Minerva Chain of lakes. This will allow these people very <br /> high speed internet access and provide them a way to stay in Burnett County,working from <br /> their homes. <br /> (4) This 10 acres has no wetlands. It is high and dry with an excellent gravel sub-surface to hold <br /> securely in place the reinforced concrete base. <br /> a. There are no other towers available in this area to co-locate on at this time. <br /> b. This tower will be under 190' and will not be lit up. <br /> c. This tower will be self-supported with mature, healthy trees left standing in a 70' <br /> radius of the base. <br />
