You will recall a <br /> subdivision permit was approved last month for lots 1-4 and 8-11 all of which are twenty (20) acres each. <br /> We are proposing to create three(3)lake lots each of which would front on Money Lake having 20 acres <br /> and including land located south of N. Bass Lake Rd. The lake frontage for these parcels would be 300400 <br /> feet each. Additionally, there would be a remainder parcel located West of East Bass Lake Rd and East of <br /> East Bass Lake Rd. The area east of E Bass Lake road has a nice building site. The remainder is estimated <br /> to contain approximately ten(10)acres+-and is identified on the proposed diagram as Lot 12. Of course <br /> our surveyor would survey out the lake for parcels 5-7 and comply with your ordinances. <br /> Also enclosed is our check in the amount of$ 160.00, ($ 100.00 for review fees and $ 15.00 per lot), as <br /> requested. <br /> I would certainly appreciate your approval of this request.
