The posts were held <br /> for point of curvatures and point of tangents. Curves were then <br /> fit between these points using the published curve data. This <br /> solution differs from that of Certified Survey Nap Volume 6, <br /> Pages 286 and 287. It appears that in Certified Survey Map <br /> Volume 6, Pages 286 and 287 the center of the remaining pavement <br /> on old highway ' 35' was used to determine the placement of the <br /> east right-of-way line. <br /> 3) The north line of this survey coincides with the south line <br /> of Lot 1, and the north line of Lot 29 Certified Survey Map <br /> Volume 6, Pages 286 and 287. <br /> 4) The east line of this survey north of Hayden Lake Road <br /> coincides with the east line of Lot 2, Certified Survey Map <br /> Volume 69 Pages 286 and 2879 and the southerly side of Lot 4 of <br /> Certified Survey Map Volume 4, Pages 308 and 309. <br /> 5) The southeast and south side of this survey was interpreted <br /> to the center of Hayden Lake Road as it existed in 1984. Shortly <br />
