Is the location of the land denoted by government lot, recorded private claim, quarter-quarter section, <br /> section, township, range and county noted? <br /> - 7. Does the map show the name of the person(s) dividing or selling the land? <br /> - 8. Are all of the exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and divided shown? <br /> _9. Have you noted the size and material of the monuments used? Size is to indicate the diameter, length and <br /> weight per lineal foot of the monument. (Check monuments shown against legend.) <br /> 10. Are the exact length and bearing of the exterior boundaries, the boundary lines of all blocks,public ground, <br /> streets and alleys shown? <br /> _11. Are there any easements that need to be shown? <br /> _12. Are the necessary "recorded as" bearing and/or lengths shown? <br /> _13. Are all of the lots and outlots consecutively numbered? <br /> 14. Are all of the exact widths of all easements, streets and alleys shown? (If known.) <br /> _15. Are there any lake or stream shore meander lines that need to be shown according to as 236.15 (1) (d)? <br /> 16. Is there a north point properly located thereon identified as referenced to a magnetic, true or other <br /> identifiable direction and related to a boundary line of a quarter section, recorded private claim or federal <br /> reservation in which the land division is located? ss 236.34 (2) <br /> _17. Is the area in square feet of each lot and outlot shown? <br /> 18. Where there is a circular curve, are the radius, central angle, and length and chord bearing and length, <br /> and tangent bearings shown according to as 236.20 (2) (k)? <br /> 19. Have you included the "Certificate of the Surveyor" who surveyed and mapped the parcel(s) typed or <br /> Tettered according to ss 236.34 (1) (d)? <br />
