NORTON SURVEYING, STAR ROUTE, WEBSTER, WI 54893 7151635-7483
BURNETT CO. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO.
SURVEYOR'S NOTE;
1) This survey is based in part on the retracement of an unrecorded Plat dated
February 1929 by Richard Andrews. (Sae BD-458 as filed at the Burnett County
Surveyors Office). The found brass capped monuments are believed to have
originated from this 1929 survey and it appears that the deeds as shown on the
u3
face of this map were drafted using information stemming from this unrecorded
Plat. For the purpose of this survey, the found brass capped monuments were
accepted as the controlling factor in retracing the terms of the above
t mentioned deeds.
2) Lines B - G and E - H were established as being parallel with the line
between the North 14 and Northwest Corners of Section 24.
3) Point B was established as being 150.00 feet north of Point C on Line C - A
and may not be the theoretical factored position for the applicable lot corner.
4) Point E wa established as being 100.00 feet south of Doint D on Line D - F
and may not be the theoretical factored position for the applicable lot corner.
5) The brass capped monument found at Point F %ras 412 feet under fill; a 1" by
24" iron pipe was placed directly over its position.
6) Point D is 500°1412611W 1334.53 feet frc:a a point which bears 388°14'16"w
1490.00 feet from the North 14 Corner of Section 24. (Deed calls are 1333' and
1490' respectively). Note: The recently recovered North - South Y+ Line of
Section 24 bears 300°13'20"W; see C.C.M. Volume 10, Pages 70 - 72 for sectional
data regarding Section 24-39-14.
7) See BD-520, filed at the Burnett County Surveyors Office, for Surveyor
Rod Ripleys work in Section 24.
APPROVED
19)84
.......rlllV.0
1
-
d ,
c, r
oSCONS
MICHAEIN
OST N I
' 9
_BSTER, j
WI f 0
NNm •'• V
Client: -J kt u .oPrc,r lg
Job: rJ-oruo Pages-o1 '
