Ripley, Professional Land Surveyor, hereby certify that at the direction of.lame.s <br /> Kevin ']'oil, I have surveyed, monumcnied, and mapped part of Government Lot 6, <br /> Section 18, Township 38 North, Range 14 West,Town of Dewey, Burnett County, <br /> Wisconsin, more fully described as follows; <br /> Commencing ata 3" iron survey mark nail at the Southeast corner of Section 18; <br /> Thence North 90" TIO' 00" West along the youth line orsaid section 470.90 feet; <br /> Thence North 00"47' 52" West 32.81 feet to an iron pipe being the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> Thence North 890 57' .58" West 310.80 feet to :m iron pipe 27 feel, more or less from <br /> the shore of Bashaw bake; <br /> Thence North 110 21' 32" East along said shore on a meander line 87.13 feel to an iron pipe <br /> 21 feel, more or less from said shore at the end of said meander line; <br /> 'thence South 890 46' 37" East 292.47 feet to an iron pipe; <br /> Thence South 000 47' 52" East 84.48 feel back to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> Said parcel containing 27,100 square feet (0.62 acres), more or less, including those lands between <br /> .said meander line and the water's edge of Bashaw Lake on an extension of the side lot lines thereor. <br /> Said parcel is subject to any casements, restrictions, or reservations of record. <br /> SURVEYOR'S NO'T'ES <br /> 1. This is a dependent resurvey of lots presumably created by surveyor Herbed .lohnson <br /> starting in 1966 for the Wiekre Agency, Inc. Sec Volume 2 of CSM's, page 116. See also deeds in <br /> Volume 221, pages 221-222, Volume 222, page 611, and Volume 230, page 133 that appear to be <br /> based on unrecorded surveys by Herbert .lohnson. <br /> 2. An iron pipe was found standing erect barely in the ground here. The landowner said the iron <br /> pipe had been disturbed by snowmobiles climbing the bank and he said he had reset it. That iron <br /> pipe was Icl't in place and lies south of the iron pipe I set based on previous work in the area by <br /> surveyor Rodney W. Ripley in 1972 for Lloyd Wickre and in 1997 for Robert Garcia. (See map filed <br /> as D-1317). <br /> 3. Bashaw Trail inay have been started as an casement road as per deeds listed in number 1 above, <br /> but it appears at least part of it shown on this CSM is public as it has been blaektopped most likely <br /> at the public's expense. <br /> Attached map is a true and correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the land <br /> surveyed and the division of such Ends. I have Complied with Section 236.34 of the Wisconsin <br /> Statutes and the Burnell County Subdivision Control Ordinance and any other applicable local <br /> subdivision ordinances in surveying,dividing, and mapping the same. <br /> John D.
