<br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
<br /> 1) This survey creates no new parcels and reconfigures the existing division of lands owned by my
<br /> client. This includes the W'/2-NW'/4-SE'/4 except the North 100 feet, Lot 1,CSM, V.2, 267 and all that
<br /> part of the NW'/4-SE'/4 lying west of a line described in a stipulated agreement. Said line was surveyed as
<br /> shown on a map filed in RF#41,pages 100-102 in the Burnett County survey records. Additional
<br /> information is provided on that map. Lot 1,CSM, V.2,p.267 is abandoned by virtue of the survey
<br /> hereon. This re-division was approved by the Burnett County Zoning Committee on Nov.4, 2003 in
<br /> Subdivision Variance Appeal#826.
<br /> 2) Lot areas shown on the face of this map include the lakebed of Fawn Lake, which was not meandered
<br /> in the original government survey. Lot I contains 1.72±acres of upland and Lot 2 contains 18.94±acres
<br /> of upland. The use of the navigable waters of the lake are subject to the rights of the public under the
<br /> Public Trust Doctrine.
<br /> 3) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the
<br /> existence, size, depth,condition,capacity,or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this
<br /> site, whether private, municipal or public owned.
<br /> 4) No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor.
<br /> All documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other documents of record that may
<br /> affect this surveyed parcel.
<br /> 5) The professional surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for easements of record,
<br /> encumbrances,restrictive covenants,ownership title evidence,or any other facts that an accurate and
<br /> current title search may disclose.

<br /> William Trulsen, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land which is represented by this
<br /> Certified Survey Map;
<br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows:
<br /> A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,Section 13,
<br /> Township 41 North, Range 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian,Town of Swiss,County of Burnett,
<br /> State of Wisconsin, more specifically described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Center Quarter Corner of Section 13; thence S00°07'13"E, 100.00 feet to the
<br /> Point of Beginning;
<br /> thence N89°36'44"E, 896.00 feet; thence S00°00'00"W, 283.20 feet;
<br /> thence S21°03'18"W, 89.90 f eet; thence S43°06'41"W,47.47 feet;
<br /> thence S02°01'58"W,771.91 feet; thence S88°07'21"W, 663.83 feet;
<br /> thence 137.92 feet along the arc of a curve that is concave to the North , with a radius of 5628.90
<br /> feet, a central angle of 01*24'14" and a chord bearing S88°49'28"W for 137.91 feet; thence
<br /> N00°07'13"W, 1191.69 feet to the Point of Beginning;
