One parcel will be 2.19 <br /> acres and the other 8+ acres. Property being subdivided is at the Fish Bowl Bar along \ v <br /> WI State Highway 35 and 77, Swiss Township. Zoning is commercial and will remain <br /> the same on both parcels. <br /> Greg Johnson's subdivision of 160 acres on Tabor Lake Road off 26 Lake Road, ��� <br /> Swiss Township. Taking/creating: two 10 acre parcels and one 5 acre parcel from the <br /> 160 acres. Zoning remains same on all parcels. <br /> Ken Nelson's subdivision of approximately 60+ acres (formerly owned by Bob <br /> Baker) into 6 parcels. Property is along Highway 35 and the Yellow River, Swiss VA <br /> Township. A 30' frontage road is included on the survey that runs alongside the <br /> highway. Zoning remains same on all parcels. <br /> All three of these subdivisions were presented by Mark Krause, Wagner Surveying, and <br /> were submitted to Sid Briggs and the Swiss Subdivision Committee for their approval <br /> before being submitted to the Town Board.
