Attorney General ... <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Office of the Attorney General <br /> 525 Park Street, Suite 200 <br /> St. Paul, MN 55103-2106 <br /> Dear Mr. Phillips: <br /> I received your letter dated 5/8/02 regarding the Eagle Pines property. <br /> Our Land Use/Zoning Ordinance does not allow for lake access easements unless the <br /> easement is through a lot which meets the minimum lot width and area for the zoning <br /> district and lakes class. Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 30.133 also restricts use of <br /> easements for dock purposes. <br /> Our Subdivision Ordinance requires all new condominiums to meet the minimum <br /> shoreline density requirements for each lakes class, Yellow Lake is a Class 1 Lake, <br /> which requires 150-foot lot width and 30,000 square-foot lot area.
