Functions at the Sacred Grove <br /> Policies <br /> 1. Events may be scheduled on a first come first served basis. Maximum <br /> 100 guests (assuming 4 people to a vehicle and there can be no parking <br /> on the town road) <br /> 2. Portable biffies may be brought in. Call or email for additional details. <br /> 3. Rehearsals may be scheduled the evening before your wedding, weather <br /> permitting. <br /> 4 . Tents or canopies, chairs and PA system are the responsibility of the couple. <br /> Live or played music is permitted in the Sacred Grove as long as the music is <br /> toned down and not disruptive to the neighborhood.* <br /> 5. Serving Alcoholic Beverages: <br /> Only wine and beer may be on the premises. <br /> No alcoholic beverages may be served before or after event hours. <br /> No alcoholic beverages may be served to anyone under the legal age of 21 <br /> and/or anyone who is obviously intoxicated. <br /> The permit holder must be on the actual premises. <br /> 6. Events and ceremonies may be held in The Gathering Place which is <br /> a cleared area that overlooks wetland, or at the Labyrinth or at a personal <br /> special place in the Sacred Grove. <br /> 7. When can I book my event? Weather conditions should be taken into <br /> consideration when planning an event. Events can be booked at any time by <br /> calling (715) 866-7798. Anon-refundable donation is required when the <br /> contract is signed. <br /> *There is no electricity or running water at the Sacred Grove. <br />
