complete legal description: <br />Government Lot Three (3), of Section Four (4), Township Thirty-eight (38) North, of Range Fifteen (15) West, <br />excepting therefrom parcels of land described as follows: <br />1) That part of said Government Lot 3 lying Northerly of the following described reference line; From the center of <br />said Section 4 go North a distance of 2337.8 feet to the centerline of S.T.H. 70, thence South 62050' East along <br />said centerline a distance of 1485.8 feet, thence North 00026' East along the West line of said Government Lot 3 a <br />distance of 1222.5 feet to the shore of Big Sand Lake, thence North 68004' East a distance of 178.2 feet, thence <br />North 62008' East a distance of 401 feet, thence North 72008' East 402.1 feet, thence North 79008' East a distance <br />of 102.6 feet, thence North 88054' East on a meander line a distance of 306.8 feet to a steel fence post on the <br />East line of said section 4, thence South along the East line of Section 4 a distance of 143.5 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the reference line, then South 66008' West along the Southerly line of several parcels of land <br />previously conveyed, to the West line of said Government Lot 3 and the end of said reference line. <br />2) Certified Survey Map, Volume 8, pages 79 and 80, Document No. 222877. <br />3) Certified Survey Map, Volume 8 pages 81, 82, and 83, Document No. 222878. <br />4) Certified Survey Map, Volume 8, pages 88 and 89, Document No. 222985. <br />5) The Plat of Denotter Acres as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Burnett County, Wisconsin <br />6) The Right -of -Way of State Highway 70, as described in Volume 221 of Records, page 125. <br />7) That portion of Government Lot 3 lying southerly of S.T.H. 70. _ <br />Said land being situate in Burnett County, Wisconsin.
