LITTLE TRADE LAKE AD HOC COMMITTEE <br />(The public meeting notice was posted as the Land/Development Committee prior to the naming of the committee.) <br />Minutes <br />August 3, 2006 <br />4:00 p.m. <br />Members Present: County Board Supervisors: Clifford (Larry) Main; Philip Lindeman; Edgar <br />Peterson and Norman Bickford. Town of Trade Lake: Chairman James Melin and Supervisor <br />Roger Hinrichs. Richard Hess represented Round Trade Lake Association President Leon Moe. <br />Others Present: County Clerk Wanda Hinrichs, County Treasurer Joanne Pahl, Deputy County <br />Clerk Judy Dykstra, Trade Lake resident Nancy Hess and David Swan of Legacy Land Group. <br />Call to Order: Larry Main called the meeting to order in Room 165 of the Burnett County <br />Government Center. <br />Public Comments: Richard Hess distributed a list of questions to the group. <br />Approval: Motion made by Phil Lindeman, second by Ed Peterson, to approve the agenda <br />order. Motion carried. <br />Discussion: Larry Main distributed maps and a brief overview of potential covenants to be used <br />if the property is developed. He stressed that at this point, "nothing is set in stone." The <br />committee was formed to gain input and ideas from many people. <br />The committee discussed options for the use of the property. <br />The property will be discussed at the Trade Lake town board meeting on Monday, August 7, <br />2006. The resulting information will be brought to the committee at their next meeting. <br />Next Meeting Date: The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. <br />in Room 165 of the Burnett County Government Center. <br />Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 4:38 p.m. <br />Judith Dykstra, Deputy County Clerk <br />Please note the correct legal description for the property is: <br />Government Lot 7, Section 21, Township 37 North, of Range 18 West, excepting therefrom two parcels of land described as <br />follows: <br />1) Commencing at the Southeast comer of the SE NE, 21-37-18, thence West on the Quarter line a distance of 26 rods, <br />thence North parallel with the Section line a distance of 13 rods, thence East parallel with the South line of said parcel <br />a distance of 26 rods, thence South on the Section line 13 rods to the place of beginning. <br />2) Commencing at the Northeast corner of Government Lot 6, 21-37-18, thence due West on the North line of Lot 6, 21- <br />37-18 for a distance of 738 feet for place of beginning of the parcel herein described, thence at right angles and due <br />South for a distance of 85 feet to a point, thence due West 258 feet to the waters edge of Little Trade Lake, thence in a <br />Northerly and Easterly direction along the shore line of Little Trade Lake to a point that is 16 feet North of the point <br />of beginning, thence South 16 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Said land being situate in Burnett County, Wisconsin. <br />
