BURNETT COUNTY LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #120 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2109 <br />landservices@burnettcounty.org <br />NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />April 4, 2018 <br />Big Water Properties LLC <br />C/O Eric Kramer <br />27625 Gables Rd Apt E <br />Webster, WI 54893 <br />RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP -18-05 <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />At the April 3, 2018 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit application was considered. <br />On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was <br />determined that a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED as follows: <br />To expand an existing campground located at 27625 Gables Road by adding 82 new <br />seasonal campsites over the period of 5 years per the application. <br />The following conditions are to be upheld: <br />1. View screening to be provided along the road right of way of Gables Rd. <br />2. A campground map needs to be completed by a WI licensed professional land <br />surveyor for the parcel, and be submitted to the Land Services Department within 3 <br />years of approval. <br />3. Sanitary systems to be installed prior to operation per WI Admin Code SPS 383 <br />4. Each site to be provided with sufficient parking area for at least one vehicle. <br />5. A Certified Survey Map must be fled to combine the two existing lots into one by <br />9/1/2018. <br />6. No additional docking to be provided on Devil's Lake. <br />7. State license to be provided to the Land Services Department within 9 months of <br />approval. <br />8. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />F <br />-i <br />
