<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

<br />(16) West, Burnett County, Wisconsin, EXCEPTING THEREFROM seven parcels of land
<br />described as follows:
<br />1. Starting at the northeast corner of said Government Lot 6, thence West 723 '/2 feet, thence
<br />South 5° East 704 %2 feet to a point for place of beginning; thence East 80 feet, thence South
<br />to the lake shore of Devils Lake, thence Southwesterly along the lake shore of said Devils
<br />Lake to the point of intersection with a line running South 5° East which starts 723 '/2 feet
<br />West of the northeast corner of said Government Lot 6, thence North 5° West to the point
<br />of beginning.

<br />Nothing herein shall be construed as Grantor transferring any rights in and to her modular home
<br />which is located on the property. Grantor reserves the right to either sell the modular home or
<br />continue to live in the modular home. If Grantor continues to live in the modular home, Grantor
<br />shall be entitled to stay rent free for the 2015 campground season and will be responsible for rent
<br />beginning with the 2016 campground season and subsequent years. If Grantor sells the modular
<br />home, any new owner shall be responsible for seasonal rents immediately.
