June 10, 1996 <br />Dear Mr. Flanagan, <br />I am concerned about the shoreline on Birch Island Lake. <br />These pictures were taken a couple weeks ago at 28375 <br />Fontaine Road on Birch Island Lake. A big hole is being <br />dug in the shore line and trees cut, contrary I believe <br />to the rules governing shore line preservation. I would <br />appreciate you checking on this. <br />I understand the previous owner was cited for a similar <br />violation even before this big hole. <br />I hope you will respect the anonymity of this letter as <br />good relationships with neighbors make it necessary. <br />Sincerely, <br />B.
