If you pay the citation, <br />your appearance is not necessary. <br />The payment of the forfeiture does not eliminate the need to comply <br />with the terms of the Ordinance or to remove any unauthorized develop- <br />ment or mitigate any environmental damage caused by the violation. <br />Please contact me if you have any further questions. <br />NOTE: To correct violation, permit must be <br />secured for deck.
