Work for the project will <br />Include the placement of filter fabric and rock (8-12) along 99 feet of shoreline, and will be <br />- -conducted-during the winter"months under frozen conditions. -The project -site Is locatedin- -_._ <br />Section 25, Township 40 North, Range 15 West, Burnett County, Wisconsin. <br />Nationwide (NWP) and Regional General (RGP) permits. The work that you describe appears to <br />fit the general activity information described in NWP 13, Bank Stabilization. Based on the <br />information submitted to our agency, it appears that no application or notification to the St. Paul <br />District Corps of Engineers is required for your project. <br />This letter is not a verification of DA eligibility, but an indication that your project may meet <br />the requirements for DA eligibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the work is performed in <br />accordance with the NWP terms and General Conditions before starting work. It is also <br />incumbent on you to verify that your activity has received a required 401 water quality <br />certification or waiver from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) <br />prior to the start of work in waters of the U.S. If a 401 water quality certification has not been <br />issued for your activity, you are responsible for contacting the 401 certifying agency listed <br />below. A full list of applicable NWP terms, conditions and all issued 401 water quality <br />certifications may be found by visiting our website at <br />http://www.mvp.usace.army.mil/Missions/Regulatory/Permitting-Process-Procedures/. <br />Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions could result in the Corps initiating an <br />enforcement action. <br />We did not determine whether wetlands or other waters in the site are subject to Corps <br />jurisdiction. You may request a jurisdictional determination from the Corps contact indicated <br />below. It is not necessary to request a jurisdictional determination. <br />
