A plot plan drawing is required to be submitted along with this application. The plot plan drawing shall either be drawn with a <br />scale between 1"= 20' and 1"= 50' by multiples of 10' or FULLY dimensioned. Please note the scale used on the drawing. If all <br />distances are dimensioned a scale is not necessary. The plot plan drawing shall be on letter or legal size paper with North being <br />at the top of the page. (Make sure all relevant items below are shown — check each relevant box): <br />❑ Property lines, road right-of-ways, and road centerlines including distances to property lines, road right-of-ways and road <br />centerlines for all existing and proposed structures on the parcel <br />❑ Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) and distances to it from all existing and proposed structures; must show all within 200 ft of <br />structures <br />❑ Floodplain and wetland areas/boundaries and distances to them from all existing and proposed structures; must show all within 200 <br />ft of structures <br />❑ Proposed structures and their proposed locations including all decks/porches/walkways/etc; must show dimensions for ALL items <br />❑ Proposed sanitary system and proposed well location including distances to property lines, road right-of-ways and road centerlines <br />❑ Existing structures on the parcel including all decks/porches/walkways/etc and including any existing sanitary system and wells; <br />must show dimension for ALL items <br />❑ Heights for all existing and proposed structures *Height is measured from lowest adjacent grade to the highest roof peak, heights <br />shall not exceed 35 ft, unique exceptions, such as agricultural buildings and communication structures may be allowed to exceed <br />the height limit <br />❑ Existing and proposed parking (Commercial/Industrial Only); must show dimensions, width and proposed number of stalls <br />❑ Existing and proposed driveway(s); must show dimensions and width *Driveways must have a cleared width of 20 ft and a cleared <br />height of 13 ft, and sufficient turn -around -space for rescue services to utilize <br />❑ North arrow <br />❑ Vegetation proposed to be removed or disturbed <br />❑ Location and extent of proposed filling/grading <br />❑ Location and type of erosion control measures <br />❑ Construction plans shall be submitted with this application for all items subject to Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) <br />inspection. All new dwellings and bunkhouses require UDC inspection. Construction plans shall show interior layout <br />(including number of bedrooms), exterior profiles and exterior heights. <br />❑ Construction plans shall be submitted with this application for all non -dwelling (Commercial/Industrial) related <br />construction. Construction plans shall show interior layout, exterior profiles and exterior heights. <br />❑ Proposed building/structure locations must be staked prior to submitting this application to the Zoning Office. County staff <br />will do an onsite visit to verify site conditions.
