W Strict compliance with requirements of this section (Surveying Requirements - Monuments) may be <br />waived by the Plat Review for CSM's. Monuments within a street can be set at right-of-way in lieu <br />of actual corner. 236.15 (1) (a) and 236.15 (1) (g) <br />/Does Trans 233 apply? Only applicable for state highways and only on Plats. <br />Any spelling errors or typos? <br />Addressing Review <br />AAre there any proposed private or public roads shown? If so, does the name conflict with any others <br />in the county? <br />Af a private road is proposed make sure "Road" isn't used in the name. Use Lane, Drive, Path, Trail, <br />Way, Circle, etc. to signify a private road. <br />Rif a private road is proposed, has the private road sign fee been paid? <br />/ Surveyor checks these after GIS review <br />Math check each lot and add all parts to be sure totals are correct. <br />Does the proposers <br />ropose CSM fit with the parcel map, if available? <br />all structures, bodies orater, wetlands, slopes over 20%, floodplain areas, recorded easements <br />and covenants on the site and adjoiners shown? BC Ord. 58-52 (b) <br />A/' oes the CSM cross a section line, 40 line or Gov't Lot line?
