After a careful <br />review of your documentation and plans it has been determined that the information you supplied satisfy the <br />requirements of Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 79 with the following conditions: <br />• You must obtain DSPS approval(s) for any water or sewer construction. <br />• Reminder: all campsites must allow for 10 feet separation between campsites <br />• An updated map must be provided to you inspector <br />• Local Zoning or DNR approval for any campsites in a floodplain <br />A copy of the approved plans shall be on-site during construction and open to inspection by authorized <br />representatives of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. <br />In granting this approval the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, reserves <br />the right to require changes or additions should conditions arise making them necessary for compliance to the <br />ATCP 79, Campgrounds.
