The municipality is responsible for ensuring the project meets BMP standards before, <br />during and after construction. A copy of water quality BMPs is attached to this letter. <br />Inspections <br />The Department conducts routine inspections and may follow up to inspect your project to verify <br />compliance with state statutes and codes.
