Prior to our <br />certification of the plat, you must provide us with verification from the Town of <br />Scott or Burnett County that local ordinance allows such lot widths. Verification <br />may be in the form of a letter from the clerk or planning agency that references the <br />ordinance, or a copy of the ordinance. <br />
