(When resubmitting plat include review form, $120 review fee and <br />$40/sheet for postage & reprographics plus $30 for each parcel you reconfigure.) <br />Form: http://doa.wi.gov/docview.asp?docid=5968&locid=9 <br />COMMENTS: <br />s. 236.16 (1) Lots in counties having less than 40,000 population are required to be no less than <br />60' in width and 7,200 square feet in area; except "In municipalities, towns and <br />counties adopting SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCES under s. 236.45, <br />minimum lot width and area may be reduced to dimensions authorized under such <br />ORDINANCES if the lots are served by public sewers." <br />Some lots in this subdivision are less than 60' in average width. Prior to our <br />certification of the plat, you must provide us with verification from the Town of <br />Scott or Burnett County that local ordinance allows such lot widths. Verification <br />may be in the form of a letter from the clerk or planning agency that references the <br />ordinance, or a copy of the ordinance. <br />
