BURNETT COUNTY LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #120 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2109 <br />landservices@burnettcounty.org <br />NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />August 28, 2018 <br />Doug Schmidt <br />626 210" St <br />Osceola, WI 54020 <br />RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP -18-12 <br />Mr. Schmidt, <br />At the July 30, 2018 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit application was considered. <br />On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was <br />determined that a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED as follows: <br />To allow a 3 unit family campground at 9828 W Bluff Lake Rd. <br />The following conditions are to be upheld per the request of the Burnett County Land Use <br />and Information Committee: <br />1. Ordinance (30-543) requires screening. <br />2. A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire parcel and filed <br />with the land services department (signed by a licensed architect, engineer or <br />surveyor) which shows the campground layout, location of all sites, roads, property <br />lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, private waste disposal system (s), <br />recreation areas, and any other information the land use and information committee <br />shall deem necessary within 1 year of this approval. Any proposed changes in the <br />approved campground shall be presented to the land services department for <br />approval. No implementation of the proposed changes shall take place until written <br />approval is received from the land services department. <br />3. Sanitary system(s) shall be installed as required per County and State code or done <br />per item four. <br />4. Sanitary system(s) needs to be installed or remove/plug plumbing fixtures for the <br />camping units and any other plumbing fixtures on the property by 11/1/2018. <br />5. Shed shall not be used as bunkhouse (sleeping quarters) unless proper permits are <br />obtained <br />6. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />0 <br />
