Code NR 115.05(1)(e)3m, A county may <br />exclude from the calculation under subdivision lm., any Return to: Burnett County Land Services Dept. <br />impervious surface where the property owner can show 7410 County Road K, #120 <br />that runoff from the impervious surface is treated by Siren, WI 54872 <br />devices such as stormwater ponds, constructed wetlands, <br />infiltration basins, rain gardens, bioswales or other engineered systems, or that the runoff discharges to internally <br />drained pervious area that retains the runoff on the parcel to allow infiltration into the soil. <br />2. Owner agrees to uphold all agreed upon design standards, maintenance specifications, locations and deadlines <br />demonstrated in any relevant Land Use Permit, which are devised to treat or relocate runoff from proposed <br />impervious surfaces demonstrated in said Land Use Permit. <br />3.
