10/01/2018 <br />Burnett County Land Services <br />7410 County Road K #120 <br />Siren, WI 54872 <br />Good morning: <br />Attached is information pertaining a request for a permit to place a 12 x 24 pre -made shed on the property parcel noted at <br />1216 County Road E, Spooner, Wisconsin (Scott Township). <br />I would appreciate approval for a permit but if you have any questions or need additional information please reach out to me <br />at 651-687-6794 or by email at craig.yolitz@tr.com. <br />Some additional comments below: <br />I have included both parcels I own at this location for reference <br />The parcel information below is the one that the shed will be placed on. <br />There are no wetlands on this parcel, it is not in a flood plain <br />I plan to mow grass in the area and level it out before placement, but not to the extent the permit notes "grading and filling" (if <br />any grading needs additional permitting, please let me know) <br />The location of the shed is currently is staked for reference <br />I have included two diagrams that I hope meet the permit needs. First, a high level photo of the two parcels, the shed location <br />and distances noted to property lines and roadways Second a more detailed photo showing the proposed shed location and <br />distance to other structures and their size on the site.
