General Contractor <br />EDWARD KRAEMER AND SONS, INC. <br />ONE PLAINVIEW ROAD • PLAIN, WISCONSIN 53577 • PHONE 608 - 546 - 2311 <br />April 26, 1984 <br />Burnett County Zoning Administrator <br />Burnett County Office Building <br />Webster, Wisconsin 54893 <br />Dear Mr. Flanigan: <br />This letter is written to appraise you of the Edward Kraemer <br />and Sons, Inc. restoration plan for the Marjorie Armstrong <br />property in the N.E.4 of the N.E.4 of Section 29, T.41 N. - <br />R.16 W., Town of Swiss Burnett County. <br />Upon the removal of the existing stockpiles, the gravel pit <br />will be cleared of any debris and the area where the material <br />was stockpiled will be smoothed and graded. The banks of the <br />gravel pit will be graded to a maximum slope of 3:1. All <br />remaining topsoil will then be evenly graded over the total <br />gravel pit area. The gravel pit will then be ready for the <br />plantings which Mrs. Armstrong has ordered. <br />Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. intends to use some of the mat- <br />erial in the gravel pit for its work on the new bridge app- <br />roaches for Highway 77. The larger recycled bituminous stock- <br />pile has been purchased by Burnett County Highway Department <br />and will be used by them to repair various county roads this <br />summer.
