BURNETT COUNTY LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #120 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2109 <br />landservices@burnettcounty.org <br />NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />October 31, 2018 <br />Brent Pardun <br />7367 Hayden Lake Rd <br />Danbury, WI 54830 <br />RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP -18-16 <br />Mr. Pardun, <br />At the October 2, 2018 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit application was considered. <br />On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was <br />determined that a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED as follows: <br />To allow the establishment of a 100 unit campground with 75 RV sites and 25 tent sites <br />over the course of five years in the NE'/a of the NE'/a of Section 29, T41N, R16W. <br />The following conditions are to be upheld per the request of the Burnett County Land Use <br />and Information Committee: <br />W <br />5 <br />4. <br />o� <br />1. Ordinance (30-543) requires screening. Natural vegetation shall be left untouched <br />within 50 feet of all property lines. Screening is needed along a portion of State w <br />Road 77 and along the proposed north property line of natural vegetation and <br />shall be left untouched within 50 feet of all property lines. <br />2. A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire parcel <br />(including existing sites) and filed with the Land Services Department (signed by <br />a licensed architect, engineer or surveyor) which shows the campground layout, <br />location of all sites, roads, property lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, <br />private waste disposal system(s), recreation areas and any other information the <br />Land Use and Information Committee shall deem necessary within five years of <br />this approval. Any proposed changes in the approved campground shall be <br />presented to the Land Services Department for approval.. No implementation of <br />the proposed changes shall take place until written approval is received from the <br />Land Services Department. <br />3. Sanitary System(s) shall be installed as required per county and state code. <br />4. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />5. Must provide a copy of the state license to the county within nine months of this <br />approval. <br />
