Towne, Jason
From: Towne, Jason
Sent: Friday, August 31, 2018 8:51 AM (B
To: 'Bill Mitchell'
Subject: RE: easement (4t
Attachments: 20180830_122626.jpg
This email can be used as documentation of what we discussed on the site yesterday, tax id: 17720. 1 marked 3 trees
that are to be saved and no filling/grading/etc is allowed between these 3 trees and the lake. The 3 trees are a 12 ft tall
oak snag, a 5 in maple (which is 28 ft from the lot corner, and a 8 in aspen. Silt fence needs to be installed between the
lake and these trees (and continuing north/south past these trees for 75 ft in each direction) to protect the lake from
any runoff. The silt fence needs to be kept up and maintained in good condition until the vegetation along the driveway
sides is growing. As the driveway continues southerly past the oak snag it should hug the westerly property line until
any portion of the driveway is at least 50 ft from the lake.
No retaining walls are to be used within this area as a retaining wall needs to meet the 75 ft setback.
Driveway standards; must have a cleared width of 20 ft and a cleared height of 13 ft. This doesn't mean the gravel
driveway surface needs to be 20 ft wide, it could be a typical width of 14-16 ft with the ditch slopes making up the
remaining width.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
l a¢°`t
Jason Towne
Land Services Director
County Surveyor/Zoning Administrator/1-10
Burnett County, WI
7410 County Rd K #120
Siren, WI 54872
715.349.2109 x1370
jtowne@burnettcounty.org
Mapping Site: http://burnettcowi.wgxtreme.com/
County Site: http://www.burneftcounty.com/
From: Bill Mitchell <bill@nwlandandrec.com>
Sent: Thursday, August 30, 2018 2:15 PM
To: Towne, Jason <jtowne@burnettcounty.org>
Subject: easement
Jason,
Thanks for coming out today to help with easement marking.
