Do be advised that no living quarters or plumbing are allowed in this <br />permitted building. <br />In addition, we have some concerns about a structure on the property that was permitted as a <br />Sauna — Shower House in 2008. The structure appears to be used as another habitable building <br />on the property, which is a violation of the permit that was granted. You need to contact our <br />office and pursue resolving this issue. The sanitary system that is connected to this structure as <br />well as another cabin is meant to serve one bedroom, or two people. Whichever is more <br />restrictive. Adding more living quarters to this sewer makes it dramatically undersized. <br />Lastly, we find that numerous plumbing fixtures are draining directly into or onto the ground <br />surface with no treatment. This wastewater constitutes grey water by WI Admin. Code SPS 383 <br />definitions, and must be redirected into a sanitary system, or the fixtures are to be removed. <br />If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
