COUNTY OF BURNETT <br />LAND USE AND INFORMATION COMMITTEE <br />Burnett County Government Center <br />7410 County Road K, #105, Siren, WI 54872 • Phone 715-349-2173 • FAX 715-349-2169 <br />MINUTES <br />Land Use and Information Committee <br />November 6, 2018 <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Norm Bickford, Brent Blomberg, Craig Conroy, Jim Paden, Chuck <br />Anderson and Duane Johnson. <br />EXCUSED Ed Fisher. <br />CALL TO ORDER Chairman Bickford called the meeting of the Land Use and Information <br />Committee to order at 9:00 a.m. in Room 165 of the Burnett County Government Center. <br />NOTICE POSTED IN ACCORDANCE TO WIS. STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETING LAW <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order as presented was <br />made by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Conroy. Motion carried, voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 2, 2018 MEETING Motion to approve the <br />minutes of the October 2, 2018, meeting with correcting Act 157 to Act 67 on page six in the <br />motion section of agenda item for Conditional Use Permit #CUP -18-17 — Camp Croix <br />Association, Inc. was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by Supervisor Paden. Motion <br />carried, voice vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br />Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on October <br />17 and 24, 2018. <br />MAP AMENDMENT 9MAP-18-06 — JOHNSON To rezone part of Government Lot 1 of <br />Section 17, T37N R18W, Town of Trade Lake, located on Bass Lake, from A-2 (Agricultural - <br />Residential) to RR -2 (Residential -Recreation) zoning district. Zoning change requested by Steve <br />Johnson. <br />Details of the proposed revision are available at the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning Office, the <br />Burnett County Clerk's Office, and on the Burnett County website at <br />http://www.bumettcounly.com/index.asi)x?NID=1 108. <br />Public hearing opened. <br />
