Norton, a Registered Iand Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant <br />to a request from Tony Durand, I have caused the hereinafter described land <br />to be surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best <br />knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct repre- <br />sentation of that survey; <br />THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described <br />as follows: <br />Part of the Southwest A of the Southeast 34 of Section 16, Township 40 North, <br />Range 14 West, Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Scott, Burnett County <br />Wisconsin and more particularily described as follows: <br />Beginning at the South 34 Corner of said Section 16; <br />Thence N01010125"E 535.00 feet along the North-South ly Line of said <br />Section 16; <br />Thence S85053128"E 666.85 feet; <br />Thence S0101012511W 495.14 feet parallel with the said North. -South Y4 Line <br />to the South Idne of the said SWA of the SEA; <br />Thence N89019'04"W 666.00 feet along the said South Line of the SW of <br />the SEY� to the Point of Beginning. <br />This parcel contains 3439020 square feet (7.87 acres) and is subject to the <br />rights of the public along the existing Right of Ways of County Trunk Highwaya <br />A and H as shown on the accompanying map.
