Wagner, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a <br />request from Alfred R. Schmidt, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be <br />surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge <br />and belief 'this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct representation of that <br />survey; <br />THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as <br />follows: <br />Part of Government Lot 9, Section 11, and part of Government Lot 2, Section 12, <br />Township 40 North, Range 14 West, Town of Scott, County of Burnett, State of <br />Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 12, which is also the Point <br />of Beginning; <br />THENCE N87° -421-5611E 136.54 feet along the south line of said Section to the <br />westerly right -of -way -line of Carson Road; <br />THENCE N27° -18'-48"E 81.64 feet along said right -of -way -line; <br />THENCE northeasterly along said right -of -way -line 326.36 feet on the arc of a <br />circle whose center lies southerly,, and whose radius is 292.02 feet, the chord <br />of said arc bearing N59° -191-4911E 309.64 feet; <br />THENCE N41,, -341-25W 543.50 feet to a meander line of Mystery Lake; <br />THENCE S66° -441-48"W 105.34 feet along said meander line; <br />THENCE S27° -141-5111W 107.24 feet along said meander line; <br />THENCE S170 -56'-54"W 137.70 feet along said mender line; <br />THENCE S220 -19'-04"W 411.70 feet along said meander line to the south line of <br />aforesaid Section 11; <br />THENCE N880 -191-36"E 237.38 feet along said south line to the Point of Begin- <br />ning. <br />This parcel contains 256,500 square feet (5.88 acres) more of less and includes <br />those lands lying between the meander line and the shore of Mystery Lake as <br />shown on the map and may be subject to easements. <br />This description was drafted by Kathleen E.
