Cycenas <br />Case No. 09 FO 423 <br />Dear Mr. Cycenas: <br />I have been requested by the Burnett County Zoning office to seek an update with regard to <br />the installation of the sewers on the property located in the Town of Daniels. <br />As you may recall, and I am enclosing a copy of the conviction; a sewer was to be installed <br />within 90 days after the conviction, or by August 26, 2010. We contacted you again in 2016, <br />and you indicated that you had been in touch with Wade Rufsholm to get a permit and that <br />the sewers would be installed. We still have not received any information that this has been <br />completed. <br />If the sewers have been installed, I would appreciate it if either yourself or Wade would get <br />in touch with us to let us know for sure, but if not, we would appreciate that you get the <br />sewers installed as soon as possible, but no later than June 1, 2018. <br />I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. <br />truly <br />OUidT,/.
