March 28, 2011 <br />To: Burnett County Land Use and Information Committee <br />The Town of Lincoln is in the process of completing their Land Use Plan. As part of this <br />process, the Land Use/Zoning map was reviewed for consistency with the plan <br />recommendations. <br />This review found that the area zoned RR -3 in Sections 28 and 33 are primarily Ag uses <br />(see attached map). The Town feels that the A-2 zoning district would better fit the <br />Town Plan goals and existing land use. <br />We are requesting an amendment to the map to change all of Section 28 and all of the W <br />1/2 of Section 33, T39N R17W, to A-2 (Agricultural -Residential). <br />Please contact us for any additional Town action needed. <br />Respectfully, <br />Town of Lincoln <br />
