Manhole covers below grade are sealed watertight. Piping at <br />the inlet is of approved material, connected to the tank with watertight fittings, and laid on stable soil to <br />prevent settling or sagging. Electrical is as per the National Electrical Code and applicable Wisconsin <br />standards..
