MIKEL, <br />Defendant. <br />CASE NO. 13 FO 283 <br />COMES NOW, the County of Burnett through Corporation Counsel David L. <br />Grindell and petitions the court as follows: <br />1. That the defendant was charged with "cut shoreline vegetation in excess of <br />limits" contrary to Wis. Stats. 30-505, on August 29, 2013. <br />2. That according to verification from the Burnett County Zoning Office, Craig <br />Dantoin states that the restoration process is complete, and Kevin M. Mikel is <br />in compliance regarding the above violation and continuation of this action is <br />unnecessary. <br />3. That pursuant to discussion between the Burnett County Zoning Dept. there <br />will be a charge of $114.50, to be paid by Kevin M. Mikel, which covers the <br />court cost of this action, and will be paid by Mr. Mikel to satisfy this matter. <br />WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests an order be entered for repayment of <br />court cost for this action in the amount of $114.50. l <br />Dated this day of July, 2014. / 421 <br />David L.
