K #115 <br />Sir , WI 54872 <br />RE: County of Burnett vs. Kevin Mikel <br />Case No. 13 FO 283 <br />Dear Judge Kutz: <br />I have been advised by Burnett County Zoning that Mr. Mikel did comply with a <br />shoreline restoration that would resolve the case if in -fact it meets with the criteria.
