I was next door for sip and noticed that this property still isn't in <br />full compliance. Very similar to Simon in that it was initially a zoning violation, then a buffer restoration was required. <br />The restoration was partially completed, but has never been up to a full 35 feet. <br />Buffer currently extends to about 28 feet from the OHWM on one side of the view corridor and slopes back to 35 feet <br />over about 10 feet to the side.. <br />On the other side buffer extends to about 20 feet from the OHWM and reaches 35 feet in about 44 feet to the side. <br />Please let me know if you need additional information and if you want us to follow-up on this one. <br />Thank you, <br />Cheryl Clemens <br />715-268-9992 <br />0 6, rU <br />
