They also received a citation from the DNR for filling below <br />the OHWM. You did their resto plan 10/19/2007. <br />Since then you have been out several times and Dave has been out several times to ensure they <br />removed the rock. Dave also spoke with Carole on the phone several times, each time she said <br />they would get it done. Sounds like they got the rock removed but never fully planted the <br />required buffer and groundcover. <br />Notes in the file said the property was for sale in 2008 also, but it looks like it's still <br />the same owners now. <br />Another one to forward to Zoning? <br />1 <br />
