I0 -FO -329 <br />LOREEN PEHL, <br />Defendant. <br />COMES NOW, the County of Burnett through Corporation Counsel David L. <br />Grindell and petitions the court as follows: <br />I The defendant was charged with "fail to restore/maintain shorleline <br />vegetation buffer" contrary to section 4.4(2) & 404(9)(b)(5). <br />2. That recommendation from the Burnett County Zoning Administrator, <br />James Flanigan, and with review from Burnett County Land and <br />Water, the defendant is in compliance with the restoration of said <br />property. <br />3. Based upon review of this matter and the defendant being in total <br />compliance, the County of Burnett wishes to dismiss this matter with <br />prejudice and without costs. <br />WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests an order be entered dismissing this action <br />with prejudice and without costs. <br />Dated this 27 day of August, 2012. <br />David L.
