Volume 8, pages 36-7 or The Leghorn Assessor's Plat <br /> regarding the Center of Section 34. \ <br /> (2) Mr. Carlson's deed, on which this survey is based, is recorded in Volume <br /> 345, page 538. We checked the present descriptions of the exceptions listed on <br /> this deed and found them in order. Note that in Volume 103 of Deeds there are <br /> two pages numbered 353. <br /> (3) A 1" iron pipe was found located N02041140"E, 92.91 feet from the 1" iron <br /> pipe set at the Southernmost Corner of Lot 3 of this survey. <br /> (4) The small parcel located East of this survey is described in Volume 375, <br /> page 369. A survey of this parcel is filed in the Office of County Surveyor as <br /> BD-422. This survey indicates that 1"x24" iron pipes were set at the corners <br /> of the part of the parcel lying north of the highway. We located 2" iron <br /> pipes set in concrete along the west line of this survey as follows: <br /> Commencing at the 1" iron pipe set at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of <br /> this survey; thence N61°58158"E, 28.78 feet to a 2inch iron pipe <br /> monument; thence N06°00'47"E, 220.62 feet to a 2 inch iron pipe monument; <br /> thence S73°20128"W, 30.13 feet to a 1" axel shaft of unknown origin. <br /> These 3 monuments all lie east of the East Line of the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Southwest Quarter. <br /> SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE: <br /> I, Douglas R. Crane, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify <br /> that, , at the direction of Alfred W.
