It <br />also supersedes and includes most of Lot 1, CSM 992, V.5, p.29-30. M- <br />preliminary survey showed that a portion of Lot I of CSM 992 was <br />overlapping the East 26 rods of the SE'/4-SE'/4. Futhermore, a fence line existed that fell west of the East 26 <br />rods. The landowners agreed to adjust the boundary to the existing fenceline and Document No. 449866 <br />completes this adjustment. <br />2) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the <br />existence, size, depth, condition, capacity, or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site, <br />whether private, municipal or public owned. <br />3) No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All <br />documents of record reviewed are noted hereon.
