When I arrived, <br />I found a vent/access between the house and road that was freshly excavated. It seems to me <br />that it is an illegal cesspool and under the definition of WI Admin Code 383.32(1)(d), it must be <br />replaced. <br />Therefore, you are hereby ordered to replace the illegal/failing septic system with a code <br />compliant one by no later than September 1, 2014. <br />Start by contacting a WI licensed master plumber to evaluate the site and provide the Burnett <br />County Zoning Office with a sanitary application, proposing the new septic system. <br />If you have questions feel free to contact me at any time.
