The well is also located approximately 16" from the <br />component being used to disperse the wastewater, which is much less than the minimum <br />setback required by WI Admin Code. <br />Therefore, you are hereby ordered to correct the illegal septic system within 30 days from the <br />date of this letter. Start by contacting a WI licensed master plumber to design a suitable <br />replacement system and submit required paperwork. <br />If you have any questions, feel free to call me at the office.
