An after - <br />the -fact land use permit will be required and triple the fee as construction started without <br />a permit. <br />This structure will need to be removed by April 15, 2016 or an after -the -fact permit will <br />need to be obtained after that date. <br />Section 30-659 of the Land Use Code of Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land <br />Use Ordinance violations. <br />To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br />immediately to discuss ways to correct this. <br />Thanks, <br />',a� Y4-, <br />Jason Towne <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Owner obtained a permit in Oct 2016.
