Burnett County Zoning
Administration
Burnett County Government Center
7410 COUNTY ROAD K, #102
SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872
PHONE (715) 349-2138
OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
April 23, 2014
Jane Jacobson
7202 County Rd U
Danbury, WI 54830
TO: JANE JACOBSON
I met with Gerry Brown on 4/22/2014 at approximately 11:00 a.m. at your property. I
am writing to inform you that a determination of your septic system renders it "failing" on
several counts:
1. The discharge of sewage into areas of seasonally saturated soils;
2. The discharge of sewage to the ground surface;
3. The backing up of sewage into the dwelling it serves.
I left information with Mr. Brown detailing some of the programs available for financial
assistance in replacing the system. However, replacement of the currently failing conventional
septic system must be achieved, regardless of whether financial aid is received. Within one year
of the date inspected (before 4/22/2015), there must be an approved system installed.
I would be more than happy to assist you by providing information required for the
securing of some type of financial aid. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at the
Zoning Office Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
Thanks,
Craig Dantoin
Burnett County Zoning & POWTS Specialist
Sanitary permit # SAN-14-48 issued on 6/6/14 resolved this issue. 3/14/2019 JT
