Said he tried to find the information <br />on the website about renting the home but found nothing. He <br />said the previous owners told him to just rent it. I explained the <br />violations — no Conditional Permit, he advertised that the home <br />Larry Beyer <br />sleeps 9-13 people but his septic system is sized for 6 people (3 <br />9419 Reston Grove Ln <br />bedrooms), there is no current pumping record on file, and he <br />Houston TX 77095 <br />doesn't have a license from the State for recreational rental. <br />He said he has renters coming next week and asked what the <br />Dear Mr. Beyer: <br />ramifications would be if he rented anyway. I repeated that he is <br />in violation.
