Permit <br />#33350 for a pole shed was issued to you based on the 25' setback you indicated on <br />your drawing. <br />To correct the violation, the structure must be moved to meet the minimum 10' side yard <br />setback requirement. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such are noted as having occurred on January 13, <br />2010.
