BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br />BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br />7410 County Road K, #102 <br />Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br />Phone (715) 349-2138 <br />Fax (715) 349-2166 <br />NOTICE OF ZONING VIOLATION <br />May 26, 2011 June 9, 2011 Steve and Sharon Rochel came into <br />the office and Steve said he will move the camper, <br />but if the other campers on Big Bear Lake are still <br />Steven and Sharon Rochel there in a couple of months, he'll be back in. <br />30359 Big Bear Drive <br />Danbury, WI 54830 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rochel: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section 30.543(2) of the Land Use Ordinance. <br />The following violation has been noted in a recent onsite inspection by this office: <br />CAMPING UNIT ON PARCEL WITHOUT A PERMIT AND IN VIOLATION OF <br />SETBACKS. <br />The first violation and/or reporting of such are noted as having occurred on May 16, <br />2011.
